That depends on the size and complexity of the project. A typical single-family home built in solid construction takes about 8 to 12 months, including planning, permitting, and construction. Larger buildings may take longer.

Turnkey means: ready to move in. We deliver a fully completed house – including flooring, bathrooms, heating, electrical systems, interior walls, doors, and finishes. Upon request, we can also provide a kitchen or full furnishing.

Absolutely. Our architects work closely with you to design a home that reflects your vision. Whether it’s the floor plan, materials, or façade – your preferences are always considered.

If you already own land, we’ll assess its building potential. If not, we can help you find a suitable plot in a desirable location in Montenegro.

Yes. After the planning phase, we provide a binding fixed-price offer with a detailed scope of work – no hidden fees, full transparency.

In phases tied to construction progress – for example: project start, structural completion, interior finish, etc. All payment terms are defined in the contract.

We take care of all necessary technical documents, permits, and coordination with local authorities. You don’t have to worry – we manage the entire approval process for you.

We operate in both countries. In Germany primarily in the Hanover region, and in Montenegro across various coastal and inland areas.
